Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wheatboutique.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In Store Return Policy

Unworn and unused items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Tags must be attached and receipt must be present.

**All sale, swim, jewelry, sunglasses, and intimate wear is final sale. No refunds.**

Online Return Policy

Unworn and unused items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Tags must be attached, and items must be in the same condition as they were when sent by Wheat. Online purchases may be returned to physical Wheat locations, with the exception of the Newburyport location. To start a return process, please reach out to info@wheatboutique.com with your Shopify receipt number.

Return/Refund Timeframe

We aim to process all returns & exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the package. We will refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card that was used for the initial transaction within 14 days of receiving the item and processing the return. The time it appears on your statement depends on the individual financial institution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
